Great Leaders Pastors' Alliance
A non-denominational initiative developed with the goal to mentor, counsel, coach and empower church pastors and their spouses.
Vision

GLPA is established to mentor, coach, and empower pastors for ministry, providing a safe haven for conversations without judgment but filled with learning.

GPLA membership fosters a strong network of pastors with listening ears, wielding swords of iron with experience to help – Iron Sharpens Iron (Proverbs 27:17).

Requirement

At GLPA, we believe salvation is a foundational expectation of Great Leaders and require such from members of the alliance. Participation is at will through an application and vetting process without exit requirements. To become a member of GLPA, you must be the Senior pastor / Spouse of Senior Pastor of a church that is recognized by your local municipality as a church. The church should have members that extend beyond the pastor’s immediate family.

Application Process

The Pastor must submit a completed GLPA Application form for membership consideration after which the registration process will be completed.
