Once your registration has been submitted, the selected attendance type cannot be changed.

We encourage all registrants to carefully review their selection before completing the registration process. Attendance capacities, event planning logistics, seating arrangements, materials, and other event-related accommodations are based on the registration option chosen at the time of registration. As a result, we are unable to convert Virtual registrations to In-Person registrations, or In-Person registrations to Virtual registrations, after registration has been finalized.

If you are unsure which option best suits your needs, please take a moment to consider your availability and preferred participation method before registering. Your registration choice will be considered final once submitted.
