Pastor Tola Odutola, FCA, is the founding and Senior Pastor of Jesus House Baltimore. His journey from the corporate world, where he served as a Chartered Accountant at Peat Marwick, KPMG, and later as Treasury Controller and Business Development Manager at DHL, to his calling into full-time ministry, has equipped him with a unique perspective on leadership and personal growth.
As the Chairman of the Alpha Leadership Conference (ALC), Pastor Tola is dedicated to promoting and teaching leadership skills to individuals from all walks of life and backgrounds. His role extends beyond the confines of traditional ministry, as he consults, mentors, and coaches Pastors, while also being a sought-after speaker at various Leadership Conferences, Churches, Corporations, Minister’s Conferences, Seminars, and other Leadership Development Opportunities.
An accomplished author, Pastor Tola has penned insightful works such as “I am better than this” and “Line Crossers,” which reflect his passion for challenging individuals to pursue and maximize their God-given potential.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Pastor Tola finds fulfillment in his family life. He is happily married to Pastor Kofo Odutola, and together they are blessed with three children and a grandson.
